How the Dusty Myshrall nomination campaign collects, uses, protects and retains information submitted through VoteDusty.ca.

When you use the membership contact form, we collect the contact information, community, postal code, campaign source and membership intention you choose to provide. When you volunteer, we collect your contact information, community, availability, volunteer interests and any note you submit.
The campaign does not collect UCP membership payments, payment-card information, or the party's official membership records.
We use submitted information to communicate nomination dates and voting information, coordinate volunteers, understand campaign interest across the riding, respond to requests, protect the website, and maintain campaign records.
We do not sell supporter information. We disclose it only to authorized campaign personnel and service providers who support the website, storage, security or analytics, or when disclosure is required by law.
Google Analytics operates on public pages to provide aggregate information about traffic and campaign actions. The campaign's custom analytics events do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal codes or membership answers to Google. Analytics does not load on the private campaign dashboards.
Supporter information is stored in the protected database attached to VoteDusty.ca and is available only to campaign administrators who sign in through ChatGPT and appear on the campaign allowlist. Administrative dashboard views and CSV export requests are logged.
The campaign uses technology service providers, including OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare infrastructure and Google Analytics. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own security and privacy safeguards.
Supporter form records will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days after the nomination contest concludes, unless you separately consent to continued contact or the campaign must retain a record longer for a legal or administrative requirement. Downloaded exports must be deleted when they are no longer required for campaign work.
You may withdraw consent for future campaign contact or ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

The website uses encrypted connections, protected storage, restricted administrator access, browser security controls, request limits and abuse prevention. No system can eliminate every risk. If a privacy breach creates a real risk of significant harm, the campaign will follow applicable notification requirements.
